Travel is the only thing we buy that makes us richer.
I have always been fascinated of traveling out of the country since: I'm a big fan of exploring different cultures; meeting new sets of people; getting lost and seizing the little 'foreign freedom' it brings.
During our long weekend trip to the Las Vegas of the East, Macau, exploring the region had always been a surprise after another plus a whole lot of fun. Even though we only got to explore a relatively small part of Macau, I guess we've pretty much incorporated the ideal destinations one should visit.
AND --though we didn't win much in the casino, the experience was already victorious.*virtual wink*

Everything in Macau is just so 'instagrammable'; And trust me, hotel-hopping has never been so much fun! :)

Not getting a tour package has its perks after all. We got the 'foreign-freedom', I previously mentioned, and a strong sense of 'wander-lust' if you ask me. Merely knowing some of the basic information of Macau will have you rolling and enjoying every bit of the place. The locals are anyway just a question-away and don't forget Mr. Google Map's always there for you.
Sure the trip was tiring, but it was super fun --And to be honest, every pataca spent was worth all the adventure. (I'm even planning to go back and ace the casino craze, maybe? lol )
Alright, so if you're heading to Macau any time soon, just don't forget to wear the comfiest footwear; take heaps of photos and have lots and lots of fun! xxx
Much love,
-Faye
